SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship daily Monday thru Friday, so most orders ship within 48 hours of receipt. Most orders are shipped by US Mail, heavier orders may be sent by Parcel Post, UPS or Fed Ex . Your credit card is not charged until your order is ready to ship.
At Scrapbook Supply House we realize you want to know your shipping charges upfront. We have no hidden charges or add-ons. Sales tax is charged to Florida addresses only, as we are a Florida-based corporation.

Express Shipping Overnight delivery is available starting at $19.95 within the US. Due to the varying shapes and sizes of our items it is impossible to offer a flat rate on Express Delivery. If you wish to have Overnight Delivery your order must be received by 2:00pm Monday - Friday for same day shipping. Please note in the comments section " Overnight Delivery" , if shipping is more than $19.95 you will be contacted. We are not responsible for Express Mail deliveries that are late due to weather, airline delays, war or diseasters as mentioned in the Express mail guidelines. If your delivery is late and eligible for a refund from the shipping company, you will receive a refund. International Shipping Due to the varying size and weights of different items, shipping charges outside of the U.S. or Canada will be calculated on a per order basis. When your order is placed a customer service person will e-mail you the shipping options for your order. Your order WILL NOT be charged or processed until we have your approval. Effective May 14th, 2007, there is no longer ground service available outside of the United States, however 3 levels of airmail service are available for you to choose from. Any customs or duty taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
